Optimizing Resume Content for Various Job Levels: Insights and Templates

When I was running a marketing project for an MNC, I got the opportunity to meet their external consultant who helped me prepare my resume. After mine was done, it was vetted through by the consultant.

Here's a template sample, minus my personal information.

Have your job description in bullet points. It is more 'catchy' to the eyes, instead of one whole paragraph sentence.

Perhaps, it differs from level to level, market to market. But one thing I do know is that for high-level positions, a simple resume ends up in the trash. It certainly is not suitable for lower levels.
