Could I have forms for withdrawing my Provident Fund from my account holding with my earlier employer based in Secunderabad. I believe there are two forms. Please let me have the same.

Please go to the website "http://www.epfindia.nic.in". Click on "Know your claim status." Fill in the State, Region, Company code, and your PF code, e.g., MH/Mum/#####/#####.

When I enter all the correct information as suggested by you, I get the following error: "Your Claim Not Received by this Office!" I have filled in all the information from my salary slip. Even when I tried for one of my friends, he also received the same error. Can you tell me why this is happening?

I am also facing the same problem. I am from Punjab and worked for a Maharashtra-based company. Now, that company has been making me fooling me for the claim of my PF for 6 months. If you have some ideas, please guide me on what I can do to get my money back. I have also received the same answer when I checked online.

I had applied for my PF in Feb 2007 and got half of it in Aug 2007. The pension fund is still pending. The PF office in Mumbai, specifically in Kandivelli, is unresponsive. There is no answer when you call them; no one picks up the phone, and there is no reply to emails or letters. How can I follow up on the remaining balance amount? Please, can someone help me?
