It's been more than 1 year of experience for me working as a Sales Coordinator in a Software Company since last year when I completed my BSC. I was a fresher at that time, so I joined this company. However, I am also pursuing an MBA in HR (Second Semester) from SMU (Distance Education), and I have great enthusiasm for the HR field. I am very confused that the current job profile I am working in will not lead me to the HR field. Therefore, I am quite apprehensive that after completing my MBA, I will not have relevant experience in HR, which might hinder my chances of being hired in the HR sector.

Your team's work on the PowerPoint presentation is good. It's helpful to brush up our minds. I am very confused because I have completed my MBA in HR, but wherever I go for an interview, they ask for at least 6 months of experience. Can anyone give me the best solution to my problem? 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕

What I can suggest regarding your problem of having an experience of 6 months is to start working in a consultancy in your state. They will provide you with the basic knowledge about HR personnel work that a new entrant must know. Then, you can progress step by step.
