Please suggest some good topics on which I could base my MBA project. I am currently working on my HR MBA project from IGNOU.

If you intend to join the IT industry, then go for Training - it's important to understand the training schedules and the training calendar, etc.

If you are not too keen on IT, then consider focusing on Performance appraisals - when to do it, who should be appraised, how 360 feedback should be used, and when 360 feedback may be ineffective. Also, consider the post-appraisal discussions, etc.

Well, there are lots of topics on which you can do your project. It would be better if you choose a topic on which you plan to take your career. There is recruitment, T&D, C&B, etc.
