Please suggest me some good topices on which I could do my MBA project.
I am currently doing my project in HR - MBA from IGNOU

If u intend to join the IT industrt then go for Training --its need the training schedules and the training calender etc
If U are not too keen on IT then go for Performance appraisls --when todo it--who hould be appraised how --360 to be used when---for what levels is 360 ineffcetive and the post appraisls discussions etc.

Well, there are lots of topic on which you can do your project. It would be better if you choose a topic on which you plan to take your career through. there is recruitment, T n D, C n B, etc
