In every organization, there is a grievance addressing committee which is formed by having at least one representative from all the cadres, be it officers, staff, workers, etc. Once any grievance is submitted by any employee, this committee/cell activates to address the issue accordingly for its redressal and solving the problem. This committee is empowered by certain executive powers based on which it can give directions/recommendations to the concerned department/HOD for the rescue of the employee at the earliest.
In addition to this, in the government sector, there are separate cells for SC/ST employees' grievances and for female employees.
