In my either workshop related with soft skills,work culture I opened a discussion related with ethics,moral values,etc.For example I referred in following way. "Stephen Covey" well known writer in his well discussed book "Seven Habits of highly effective people"quoted likewise "people or every responsible citizen should be principally oriented" in other words he said that "everyone should have constitution of his life."in such a way every business should be oriented by some ethics,principles. Nowadays we are in such training for Industry people.I am requesting all the respected members "pl.share your views" In said workshop few of the industrialists resisted on this issue. Fully ethical behavior is not possible for long time. Rather consistency is highly difficult .Was the opinion shared by participants.Pl.share THE OPINIONS.
