How Can I Create a Clear and Effective MIS Report for Recruitment and Payroll?

Dear HRs,

I am Divya, currently working as an HR in a leading Chartered Accountant Firm in Chennai. I am seeking your assistance in preparing an excellent MIS Report (Recruitment Status report & Payroll report format) to present to my CEO. The report should be easy to understand and clearly illustrate the processes to him.

Please guide me through this task. I need to submit it before the end of this month.
