I need to have a sample HR manual, please. Is it normal practice in companies to have a separate HR manual and an admin manual? Let me know.

Hi, I have one Handbook of Manual you can take an idea from there and prepare your HR Manual. What is an Admin Manual? If you want, you can prepare an Employee Policy manual, but it's not compulsory if you have an HR Manual.

Yes, companies have a separate HR manual along with necessary quality audit processes in place.

Dear Friends,

Please note that there are two different departments within the company - manual HR and Admin. In the HR department, you will find all the company policies for employees, while in the Admin guidelines, you will find the procedures to complete these policies. Although HR and Admin fall under the same umbrella, they represent two distinct compartments.
