Planning a Best Employee Award: How Should We Celebrate and Implement It?

Dear All,

Our company's Founder Day is drawing near, and we would like to have a Best Employee facilitation program on this occasion. Post Founder's Day, we would like to have this award on a monthly basis for which we will be implementing a proper system.
