Dear Friends,
We have planned to conduct a full-fledged induction program in our organization from Nov 08. Ours is a small company with a total employee strength of 250, and we will have around 10-12 new joiners every month.
The management has asked me to conduct the induction for at least two days. I have already prepared the schedule, which includes sessions for team building, personality development, and guest lectures (tech and sales-related). I am planning to invite a third-party organization to handle these sessions.
Is this a good idea? Please suggest some ideas to keep the new joiners engaged and make the session more interesting. What else could be done or is usually done?
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Thanks and Regards,
Sharmila
