Dear Sir,
If Salary Rs. 8500/- and overtime earn Rs. 3000/- his gross earning Rs. 11500/- then how many profession tax deducted from his salary?????? Please give suggestion

I would like to get an update if the salary of an employee is Rs. 25000/- and if the employee joins the company after mid of the month and his/her salary calculation comes to below 7000 (for him) and 10000 (for her), will he/she be eligible for deduction of the professional tax???
