What is the value factor here? Can you update me on what this value factor is and what should be the rating scale (like is it between 1-10) or etc.? Can I know the rating factor please, and the weightage of each parameter refers to?

What does "X" mean and what do these values - 6, 2, 2.5, and 3 - signify?
