It would be better to understand the kind of industry you are in first rather than copying directly somebody's process. you can always use it as a guide and then customize it as per ur requirement. Your industry base is manufacturing, marketing, sales & service, BPO, IT etc. this plays vital role in designing the same.The people who are working with you have some attitude pattern, belief and values as per your organisation culture. Also we need to look into the gender mix, age criteria, service nature, expectations from the people in terms of performance and resources available, communication patterns in the company etc. Keeping all these in mind you can come out with some good process which will help to adress concerns of ur company in real sense rather than intensifying the same.
