It would be better to understand the kind of industry you are in first rather than copying somebody's process directly. You can always use it as a guide and then customize it as per your requirement. Your industry base includes manufacturing, marketing, sales, service, BPO, IT, etc., which plays a vital role in designing the same. The people working with you have specific attitude patterns, beliefs, and values based on your organization's culture. Additionally, we need to consider the gender mix, age criteria, service nature, expectations regarding performance, available resources, communication patterns within the company, etc. By keeping all these factors in mind, you can develop a good process that will address your company's concerns effectively rather than exacerbating them.
