Hi,
This position would report to the HR Head India and will be based at the office in Bangalore. We are looking at candidates with a HR background, from reputed B-schools. We are looking at only Bangalore based candidates for the role.

8 – 14 years of experience in good HR oriented companies (MNC’s), with a strong focus on recruitment
MBA-HR / MSW / Masters in Psychology / PG Diploma in HR/IR
Could be a specialist – with the ability to manage this operations / generalist role
Able to provide managers with consulting on job design / organization design/ change management etc.
Must have good working knowledge on the following
· Manpower planning and selection delivery
· Driving critical talent acquisition thru campus and lateral hiring strategies
· Basic understanding of Compensation and Benefits execution- preferable
· Employee costing and budgets management
· Performance Appraisal and Development planning & delivery
Strong execution demonstrated in delivering HR results to business
· Should have (ideally) worked closely with business to develop annual type HR Plans for a function / functions of HR
· Should have process centricity and an eye for details
· Maturity to handle situations objectively, conflict resolutions and relationships with stakeholders
· Should be able to work with limited supervision – hence requires personal drive and initiative
· Able to facilitate integrated organizational & departmental KRA /goal setting
· Capable of coordinating all headcount planning & integrating recruitment strategy with affiliate business strategy
