Hi Siva,

I have gone through your attachment. Really neat work. But why do Profession Tax, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund not appear under Deductions? Since these are not included here, they may not match the payouts processed by the Finance department. It is essential to align these figures with your PF/ESI challan as well.

Please incorporate these changes, and the sheet will be accurate.

It is good enough, but is there anything to develop a better payroll and reporting tool with the combination of Crystal Report or any other tool that can maintain a small/medium organization's necessary HR documents such as personal files and statutory reports? I hope for some more amendments in this sheet and to try to automatize it.
