I am an Army Officer with 20 years of service. I plan to switch my career and join the HR field in the near future. I have prepared my resume and am attaching it for your perusal. Please guide me regarding:

I am more interested in people and resource management since I feel that my strong point is my ability to gel with nearly all kinds and types of people. I completely agree with you that you should join the serving team rather than security. You have done enough of that work for 20 years. I think you should join some HR recruitment team where they will undergo rigorous training for the rest of their life rather than their future.
