HELP - Do Nepal Citizens Need Work Permit To Work In India

Dear Folks,We are a software company & have some Nepal citizins working with us as Software Programmers.Kindly put some light on the rules & regulations that need to be followed by a company if we have hired Nepal citizens.Do they need work permit or any thing else.Requesting an urgent revert.Warm regards,Nidhi Shrivastava

no work permit and visa is required for the Nepalese citizen to work and live in india.. i conformed that from nepalese embassy and according to the treaty of 1950 between nepal and india.. work permit is not required.
