Preparing for SHRM/SPHR Certification: What Study Materials Do You Recommend?

I am submitting this test soon. Anyone can suggest any material to prepare for it?

I am from Chennai and planning to do SHRM/SPHR certification. I have 5 years of experience in HR, currently working as an HR Manager. Please advise me on how I should proceed further for doing this certification.
