Worked for:

MAHINDRA and MAHINDRA Ltd as a Deputy Manager - Payroll Operations from 2nd Jan 2007 to 2nd May 2008. Handled Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd and its 10 subsidiary Company's PAYROLL activities on ERP - SAP and Oracle system for 1 year 5 months. Total employee strength was 18506.

So far Handled HR/Payroll Operation Strength as per below:

- 2100 in Castrol India Limited.
- 2300 in Colgate Palmolive India Ltd.
- 6500 in Standard Chartered Bank- Mumbai.
- 3500 in Al-Hassan Group of Companies - Muscat.
- 3000 in ICICI One Source Ltd - Mumbai.
- 2500 in Pfizer Limited - Mumbai.

Job responsibilities:

Handled HR/Payroll and Bills payable activities of Mahindra and Mahindra LTD and its Group companies at Service Centre (Vickers Building - Kandivli East) from 2nd Jan 2007 to 2nd May 2008 with the help of 4 Subordinates; Also helped to carry out successful processing of 18506 employees payroll at Service Centre; Kandivli East. Such a large payroll handled with the help of SAP and ORACLE Systems. Carried out the monthly payroll activities by liaising with different Regional Operation Managers.

Major achievements in current assignment or in the last 2 years:

A. Mastery in HR/Payroll Operation; Compensation & Benefit.
B. Managed the largest HR/Payroll Operation of 18506 in MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD using ERP SAP.
C. Sound Knowledge of HRMS and SAP Systems.
