Need Help Finding a One-Year Employee Contract Bond Format for IT Engineers in Pune?

Hello,

My company has decided to hire employees on a contract basis for one year. I would like to have the format of the bond for the same. If anyone has the format, kindly post it on either the citehr homepage or email it to me at [Email Address Removed].

The bond/contract should be for one year in Pune. We are an IT Servicing Company providing solutions on Solidworks software to manufacturing companies. We are recruiting Engineers for our own company. I would like to have the format only. Kindly help us out.

Please find the bond format below:

I, [Employee Name] (employee aged about 26 years, S/o [XXX], resident at [Permanent Address]), executed this indemnity in favor of [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the employer).

Whereas the employer has agreed to take the employee in the employment in the capacity of [Designation].

Whereas the employee has agreed to faithfully serve the employer for a minimum period of 12 months commencing from the Date of Join.

Now the condition of the indemnity herein executed is that the employee shall faithfully discharge his duties as [Designation] and the employee shall at all times keep the employer indemnified against all losses, causes, damages, and expenses which he may pay or sustain by reason of taking the said employee for employment due to any Act, Mismanagement, neglect, or default of the employee, or the employee leaving the employment before the minimum period of service undertaken to be served.

The employee shall indemnify the employer in the case of leaving the employment before the minimum period of service in a sum of Rs. [CTC].
