First of all, thanks for your kind reply. Yes, the work is related to my HR field only as I am working in HR Recruitment. However, now I want to change jobs. Please help me out if you have any openings for the same. I am trying to achieve my career goals, and as we all know, it is not that easy; we have to work hard for that. Let's see where I can reach.

I am new to this forum. I am working as Head-HR specializing (Faculty) in a Management College in Pune. I would like to work as a freelancer in recruitment at the same time. Can you please suggest how I can go about it?

It is not that I want to change my career. I want to work in the same field but with a different company, as I cannot see my growth in my present company. I want to work as an HR generalist only. Currently, I am working with a private limited company, so I have one confusion. I mean to say whether it's good to make a career with a consultancy or a corporate company because I want to shift to a corporate level only. Kindly suggest.
