Corporate organizations are busy organizing training programs more as a ritual than genuinely fulfilling the targets of the programs. It is time to measure the reach and impact of such in-company and external training programs on employees. Periodical evaluation studies can provide a wealth of useful information for action. These Organizational Behavior (OB)/HR studies can be statistically structured and conducted using in-company details/surveys.
