Need Help Finding Payroll Software That Offers Customization – Any Suggestions?

Can anybody please suggest a good payroll software? I would prefer it if the company offering it is also willing to take up some customization work.

I have tried Reylon's payroll software but it doesn't fit our requirements completely.
