Hi,

The concept of HR scorecard is related to the performance of HR in a specific organization. It checks the efficiency and effectiveness of HR in the organization. This means you create a scale, and according to your results, you assign a number to HR indicating how much they contribute to the organization. Therefore, it is advisable for you to utilize the concept of HR audit, which helps you determine the current status of HR. I have also prepared a questionnaire about HR audit and have already posted it on an HR site.

Hi Supriya,

An HR scorecard is a measurement tool (a set of metrics) that measures HR initiatives and specifies HR's contribution in numbers. For example, in recruitment, measuring the Turn Around Time (lead time in days) for every new recruit, or measuring the productivity of each employee, such as Revenue per employee. It shows us the value that HR has added to the corporate goals. This tool helps HR become a strategic partner by adding value.

I hope this helps.
