You can start one by one...
Viz: studying the Human resource base, Manpower planning, Create personnel files & details of employees (department wise - circulation, reporting, advt dept, etc.), Study the Statutory part like PF, ESI files, and status, Study the leave structure and prepare register. Study the shifts, OT, incentives given (especially in case of reporters as they work odd hours), Returns to be submitted. You can prepare a format of salary and wage administration, increments due list, completion dates of tenures, Recruitment rate, Attrition rate, Exit interview formats can be prepared. Welfare amenities provided and are required to be provided as per the act. Start with employee participation programs like weekly meetings, etc. You can keep one suggestion box. Start with wishing on birthdays of each and every employee.
