Managing Slowdown - The HR Way

As you all are aware that economic slowdown has been a concern for all organizations. Experts believe that every body will feel the heat. It is a matter of time only.
As an HR professional has your organization noticed the pinch of this slowdown. And even if not so how you think to manage the impact of the slowdown as employees are the once who feel the heart at an extremely personal level. Many times such socks can we career debilitating and could set talent off the course, something you have to deal with.
