Please review the PA forms I developed for my organization. Part 1 focuses on MBO appraisal, discussing KRA and KPI for each department. Column A is for appraisee (self-appraisal), Column B for appraiser (line manager), and Column C for reviewer, with weightage of 20% for A, 40% for B, and 40% for C. In Part 2, the same rating occurs with weightage of 60% for Part 1 and 40% for Part 2. Combining Part 1 (MBO) and Part 2 (Rating Method) aims to avoid biases like horns and halo effects. Please provide feedback and suggestions.
