vsabinat
Hello,

I have worked in the IT industry for the last 13 years. I am now at home due to personal reasons. I would like to study HR. Please let me know what course I can do from home.

Thanks.

Dear,

There are many courses you can do from home. You can even pursue an MBA from Indira Gandhi Open University or many other diplomas through correspondence.

Thank you.

Hi,

You can try Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. They offer distance learning and correspondence courses.

You can even try institutes like Symbiosis and ICFAI. These institutions have good placement records, as far as I understand.

You can also try out for a PG Cert in HR from XLRI. This is a video conferencing program held twice a week.

Maybe you can check that out.

Hi,

I think Mr. T V Rao has come up with his own HR program. You can also find out the details about it as well. You can find it under the name of TRRLS (T V Rao Learning System).

Please review the correspondence program of Annamalai University for a 1-year PG Diploma in HR Management, a 1-year Diploma in Labour Laws, and a 1-year PG Diploma in Personnel & Industrial Relations.

Thanks & Regards,

I think you can do your MBA in HR or PGDHRM from ICFAI. It's a good institute with market credibility.
