Great presentation. I am currently working on creating a training program based on mapping competencies with daily tasks. The objective of this training is to provide role clarity and demonstrate how employees can develop the required competencies.

Can you help me with how to portray competencies like leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, etc., in a training program, maybe with a few activities? This is for retail store employees ranging from store managers to cashiers.
