Need Help Finding Tamil Nadu Law Statutes in Both Regional Language and English?

Can somebody help me to procure the Law Statutes of Tamil Nadu State, both in the regional language as well as in English? I would really appreciate it if somebody could provide me with the details of any publisher or distributor.
