My seniors has asked to work on Employee of the Quarter as a part of reward and recognition program. though i have made the format on which an employee can be evaluated and can be compared with other employees with rating system. I would like to know how can I present it my manager and can be put in use. Please give advice. if somewhere it need any changes then please suggest :confused:
