can you suggest me few test which can test the level of passion, enthu and drive in applicant, which we can use while recruitment.........or please tell me about test which anticipate the working style of applicant

You may use ASUFA - G, PE (Personnal effectiveness ) scale, FIRO - B to judge the personality type of the new entrants of your Organization.
May I know to which Organization u r heading and what's your profile and for what level of employee you want to use these tests.
