Can you suggest a few tests that can assess the level of passion, enthusiasm, and drive in applicants during recruitment? Or please inform me about tests that can predict the working style of applicants.

You may use ASUFA-G, PE (Personal Effectiveness) scale, and FIRO-B to assess the personality types of the new entrants in your organization. Could you please share which organization you are leading and provide details about your role and the level of employees for whom you intend to administer these tests?
