Payment Of Wages For National Holiday

Dear All,
Please let me know about, If an employee is working for national holiday, how much the employee should get the wages for that national holiday?

As per Payment of Wages Act if a workers have worked on Holidays he must be paid OT at the rate of double of Normal Wages.
Normaly, as per practice for supervisory & administrative staff compensatory leave is provided.
