The PowerPoint presentation does arouse consciousness on the theme of management development. There is a need to help analyze management development needs, design standard modules relevant to contemporary requirements, adapt methodologies, showcase successful cases of management development programs leading to enhanced organizational effectiveness and change in the Indian context, and provide consultancy references who can support such initiatives as experts. These are my raw thoughts on the theme, well initiated.

I find it a very relevant piece. However, I would suggest some practical questions which can be a part of your PPT:

- What are the various MD options available?
- How do we go about it? This includes need analysis, role analysis, designing the program, implementing it, linking it to strategic objectives of the organization, and finally evaluating the pros and cons of different options available.
