Could you please tell me if Payroll is usually outsourced in your organizations or if it's done in-house? If done in-house, which software is used, and if outsourced, to whom?

Hi Kishore,

We have outsourced the payroll completely. We just provide them leave records, and the rest they do on their own. They handle our PF, Gratuity, and superannuation as well, and the charges are quite reasonable. Since you are in Delhi, please send me your numbers. I have already sent my numbers to you. I'll inform the company to be in touch, and once you provide me with your number, I'll give you all the details.
