Yes, there is a separate Factories Rule for Daman. It is published in the Official Gazette (Extraordinary) Series I, No. 5, dated 3-5-1985 by the government of Goa, Daman & Diu - Industries & Labour Department. The rule is the Goa, Daman & Diu Factories Rule, 1985.
