Dear Pooja,
I need to know different strategies companies adopt to keep man power satisfied.
I think u must be aware that to keep man power in the organisation BPOs are taking different strategies to retain them.
I would like to take this as my Ph.D title so i need your input.
i would be happy if i get feedback.
