Designing a Modern Transfer Policy: Seeking Your Insights on Transport and Entitlements

Hi Folks,

I have been asked to design a Proposed Transfer Policy for my company as the earlier policy is outdated; it is around 8 years old, and since then everything like fare, entitlements, etc., has changed. Please advise or share Transfer Policy Norms in terms of the following terms:

1. Mode of Transport (Self, Only Transport, Railways, or Packers or Movers)
2. Distance (<250 KM, 250-500 KM, 500-750 KM, 750-1000 KM, or >1000 KM)
3. Entitlements (Designation-wise)
4. etc.

These are my views; please feel free to add your inputs.
