I.S Tuteja, for your question, please take a new sheet and copy the previous month's sheet into the new one. Make necessary updates such as adding details of any new joiners for the month and copying the leave information. Remove the names of any employees who have resigned or been terminated.

To make your work easier, mark the resignations for the month in green and new joiners in blue. This color-coding will help you with further processing.

Dear Madhuri,

Your work is truly excellent. I kindly request if you could implement a feature in the sheet where we can use shortcuts like "P" for Present or "A" for Absence. Currently, we have to insert these details using the filter. Kindly send us the revised version if this is possible.
