Hello Team,

We are planning to celebrate Navratri in our company. We are planning for an Ethnic day (Dress) and with voting, we will choose Ms. and Mr. Ethnic. Suggestions are welcome.

Cheers,

Hello Meenu,

Why don't you have a Dandiya session if possible? You can do it on Friday, a half-day session where you can sing and dance together in ethnic wear.

Great idea to hold the program. I would like to suggest having a feast program with all Indian food, mostly brought by employees, and another would be to hold cultural programs. Chalo, Enjoy Karo........

Hi,

You could have a Diya painting contest or a Rangoli contest. Think about it. You could give away a big box of Cadbury Chocolates as a prize to the winners.

I had drafted a mail for the same occasion and wanted to share it with all of you.

Dear All,

Festival season is here, to have a close touch of this season we have planned one colorful & interactive activity for [Company Name].

On this auspicious occasion of Navratri, we have planned to celebrate Navratri in a new look...

In an ethnic look...

All of you are requested to be in Ethnic Dress on Oct..., 2008. Attire that reflects your culture.

Don't stop!
Read the complete mail... Because... there are more exciting things to come!

We will choose titles for Ms. & Mr. ETHNIC from each office through voting.

We all will vote for Ms. & Mr. ETHNIC, the ballet box will be available in each office, and voting will start from ____ to ____. All of you are requested to vote between this time.

Winners will be announced on the same day.

So get ready for this colorful & excited activity.
