Hi Sakshi,

If an employee is appraised by his co-colleague, by his head, by the head of another department, by his vendor, and by his subordinate, it is called a 360-degree appraisal process.

Hello Sakshi,

360-degree performance evaluation is called multi-rater feedback. The feedback would come from subordinates, peers, and managers in the organizational hierarchy, as well as self-assessment, and in some cases external sources such as customers.

Dear Sakshi,

360-degree appraisal involves the performance review of an employee through managers, superiors/seniors, peers, subordinates, vendors/customers, as well as self-assessment/evaluation. On self-evaluation and evaluation through everyone, we need to take the average evaluation of performance. If you wish, I can post a sample 360-degree format on citehr. However, first, I would like to know how to attach a file on cite hr while replying to anybody.

Dear Brijesh,

Rather than sending this file to individuals, it is better that you upload it on the forum. I am also new to the forum and do not know how to upload a file. May I request some older members to indicate how to upload files.

Hi All,

I can just tell a few steps on how to download and upload a file.

Go to Post reply --> click on the attachment tab (just below the title bar) --> Browse your file --> click on upload --> after uploading, close that window --> finally, go to the attachment tab again (where you will find the same file), click on that file, and the file will be visible below your message.

Thanks and Regards, Sakshi

360-degree appraisal involves the performance review of an applicant by a set of people in the system or organization. It also includes a self-assessment/evaluation component.

Hi Brijesh,

You can post the sample 360-Degree appraisal copy by selecting the advanced option below instead of "Post Quick Reply." In that, you can choose the "attach file" option and upload the file. If that is not possible, could you please email it to me at .

Dear Sakshi and Naveehr,

The 360-degree app is one used to evaluate employees' performance by all stakeholders (superiors, subordinates, managers, colleagues, customers - internal and external). Please log on to my profile and view the post. I am new to this forum.

For Naveehr, attrition refers to employees' turnover in a company within a year. This can be calculated by dividing the number of employees who quit in the year by the average number of employees in the year, then multiplying by 100. The average number of employees can be calculated by adding the number of employees at the beginning of the year to the number of employees at the end of the year and dividing by 2. I hope you find this information useful.
