I am working with a relatively new establishment where all the HR and Admin-related issues are to be addressed. I have been handling all of that until now. However, I am facing a new challenge where all the statutory compliances need to be implemented, starting with the PF formalities. I kindly request your assistance in this matter as I have never dealt with statutory formalities in my previous roles. I have no prior experience in this area. I am based in the capital city of India and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with these issues.
