The contents are good, it shows your hard work.
But presentation can be made more lively. Try and include some examples for the 16 combinations that will give much clear picture to all.

Hi Snigdha,
I think it is excellent job done. As I understand it is your first experience of preparing this assignment.
May be if you are trying to focus on one type of industry, it can be more useful & helpful in future. Example you can pick up say a BPO set up, pick up positions in the sector & then rank them in these 4 types & 16 combinations. I am advising you this since I dont know your background. Incase you are working somewhere try it in your own organisation.

The attached ppt is the basic make it more live with pictures, examples etc. Our HR CFO is expert, very famous and certigy trainer of MBTI. collect some vidoe clips pertaining to the type of personality.
