Hi,

Very good presentation. Half of the work is done. The trainer has to convey the message, applying all those rules to him. Personally, I feel you could have added a bit about ethics and values as well. In my trainings, I put some focus on ethics and values too, as I believe those factors are also important to be effective and successful.
