Is Recruitment Stage Not Important And Not Worth Doing Research On It?

JNeKO
Hihi,
I am currenlty searching suitable literature review on E-recruitment issues.
Previously, many ppl suggest me to change another topic as they said that this topic is not very popular in research ,difficult to find empirical findings, and few quantitative research studies on this area.
I'm flabbergasted when hearing this..Do I still need to continue this topic or change another easier topic? If I need to continue this E-recruitment issues, what topic that seniors can recommend me to investigate in?
thanx.....
please help me....

Take a look into it. See if you can collect good points for your paper. If not change. One man's food is another man's poison.
What inspires you may frighten others. So do some homework and decide on what to choose for research. Research s something into which you have to spend time with patience.

There is plenty of information available surrounding e-recruitment. You have mentioned the issues surrounding e-recruitment, I have to say I agree with ppl in that to find information on the issues surrounding this topic would be quiet difficult. (This is a reletively new industry and issues are only just starting to come to the surface). I would probably take the stance / topic relating to the the benefits of e-recruitment. This would certainly make life easier for yourself.

I can say that I agree both your opinion about this..I would like to continue my research in e-recruitment areas, but when I am read some literature ,it seems that I have confused between E-recruitment and E-HR.
Added to this,is there any good recommendation to find e-recruitment conceptual framework or model?
This is because there are different recruitment stages and model but no suitable e-recruitment model.
Thanks

I am sure you can alter the title at a later date.
See what others have done and how. Also condiser what access you can get to conduct Primary Research or for Secondary Data; and then decide on the topic title. See E-recruitment found at Google for other ideas.
Have a nice day.
