New to HR: Seeking Help with Basic English Communication Test for Entry-Level Interviews

Dear All,

I am the Executive HR at ETV network. We want to conduct interviews for entry-level positions in the operations department; therefore, we require a "BASIC ENGLISH COMMUNICATION" test to assess the candidates' proficiency.

I am planning to do a communication class for entry-level staff in retail. If I could get some tips from all of you, it would be of great help. I want this to be more interactive and would like to start with basics like vowels, past tense, present tense, etc. In case you guys have some modules, please help me out.
