Planning Our Annual Day Celebration: What Should We Include for a Memorable Event?

Please help. I am working in a software company in Kerala consisting of 23 team members. We have planned to celebrate our Annual day. So, I want help from you guys to guide me in arranging the function very effectively and also what are the things which need to be included in an Annual celebration. Please advise. Hi Reebaalicemathew,

You can organize games like Tambola, Treasure Hunt, singing competitions, and duly reward the best team/performer. You can have the management address the gathering about the achievements of the year, the vision and mission, etc., and reward the performers in different areas.

You can also order a cake and have it cut by the newest member in the team. These are some ideas that have come to my mind. Do let me know if this works.
