QUOTATIONS EVERY DAY ON ATTENDANCE SHEET

Dear All,

For the past 2 years, I have implemented a new practice in our organization. Every day, I print one quotation on the attendance sheet to motivate employees. Our attendance sheet consists of 2 pages.

I would like to know if this practice is correct. Your valuable suggestions on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It's appreciable that you have kept yourself motivated to keep putting the quotes on the attendance sheet for the last 2 years. Sometimes people lose interest within 4-6 months. It's a good practice you have started. Now, identify how many follow those quotes and what their feedback is. Try to analyze your efforts. Are they really paying off?

Secondly, you can give this responsibility to some of your junior colleagues. Involve yourself in some other motivational programs. Challenge yourself to think out of the box and figure out what truly motivates your people.

It's really beneficial for every employee because in my office when we enter in the morning, we get different new quotations. By reading such quotations, all employees feel very motivated. Good idea... keep it up.
