I found the section on presentation openers to be a good summary of the various ways to open an effective presentation. Very clear.
With the body language slide deck I was amused to see the image of our Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, looking nervous and unsure. Very revealing.

It was very good posting on body language which will be useful for me to take interview and as well interacting with my staff to know their behavior & thoughts.
