Hi Vrajvee,

Thanks for posting such an excellent ppt. Many trainers and training managers are finding it difficult to quantify the positive impact of training to top management who always have doubt about the effectiveness of training contribution to the business bottom line. This has certainly helped in making their job easier.

Good presentation on training ROI. Yes, data on improvements has to be obtained under a data-based culture!

Dear Rajiv,

I am also a trainer. Generally, it is difficult to measure the benefits of training as many of its outcomes are intangible in nature. Thus, clients, especially from the government sector, consider training as a waste of time and effort. This is a good presentation that would help in assessing the benefits of training in a quantitative way.

Congratulations and regards,
